For Heaven's Sakes
Christian Child Care Center in Mustang, OK.
A 7,100 square foot wood frame single story structure,
specially designed for a child care center. Odd angles, bright colors, low
set windows for little ones to see out are just a few of the great details of

Construction is complete on the 11,500
square foot Norman Dialysis Center located on North Porter, North of Robinson
Street in Norman. A second twin building adjacent to the South is scheduled to
be constructed in the near future.

Taking an old Western Sizzling
Restaurant and making it into a new state of the arts Mitsubishi dealership was
done in two phases. First the shop was built while the plans for the new
dealership were being completed. Then the old restaurant was torn down to make
way for the new building.

This new office
building in south Norman was completed in March, 2002.
The 7,000 square foot office building will set nestled in the
trees facing Hwy 9 just across from Shakley. The view of the surrounding trees
is very beautiful! The architect on the project is A.I.P.-Architects in
Partnership, Norman, OK.

The surgical/medical building on 24th
Ave, SW in Norman, OK is the new offices of Dr. Jerry Lewis and

and Dr. Lewis are already moved in and 2 spaces still remain for lease. One
space is an ambulatory surgical center, which is about 7,200 square feet with
room to expand. It has 2 operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms. The architect
for this project is
Mike Kertok and our
project manager is
David Boyd.

New U.S. Post Office in Broken Arrow, OK
officially opened in December, 2001.

Located near the intersection of I-35
and S.E. 19th Street in the Riverwalk Commercial Addition, the 4,000 sq.ft.
project is a contemporary one story, brick veneer building, featuring a vaulted
entry and Margestone flooring. Three drive-thru lanes and ample parking is
available.
The estimated cost is $500,000.
The new facility opened July 30, 2001.
The project architect is
Socrates Lazaridis
with Renaissance Architects of Oklahoma City and the General Contractor
is Precision Builders, Inc. of Norman.

is adjacent to OUR new office building on 48th Ave, N.W. Our new neighbor is
the Regional Offices of Health Care Innovations. The building is approximately
6,600 square feet and features a beautiful interior court yard. The designer of
the building is

and remodeled its existing facility into a beautiful light filled new
office. The project architect was
