As Manager of Precision Builder's Sassan is a well-established general contractor. His reputation with his clientele for almost two decades is a proven track record of on-time and on-budget performance in the commercial construction industry. He understands the importance of starting projects on time and finishing them on schedule and within budget. His client relationships are a result of hands-on experience by professionals, coupled with his unique and diverse combination of skills in development, planning and interior design. He has established his client's trust by providing innovative, cost effective and reliable solutions to their individual construction needs. A solid background in computer graphics technology, as well as up-to-date knowledge of building codes and standards helps to create quality environments where people live and work. Precision Builder's is supported by a highly qualified staff of professionals and craftsmen who take pride in their work by creating the "look of success".
- Tim Grissom, Project Manager
Tim's career in construction began in 1988. His experience has run the gamut from custom homes, convenience stores, retail shopping centers, and public school remodels to multi - million dollar senior housing and hotel projects. Tim is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a bachelors degree in Construction Science.
- David Boyd, Project Manager
Starting in the construction business in 1967, Dave's construction experience began by working in the field learning many different trades. His career includes a variety of different areas of construction, such as carpentry, concrete, masonry, electrical, mechanicals, building sales, lumber center manager, estimating designing, job site superintendent, and project management. His experience covers many different types of construction from residential, agricultural, multi-family and commercial to industrial, institutional, and multi-story. He takes great pride in his work and is committed to excellence in each project he manages.
- Rick Byrd, Project Manager
Rick started with Precision Builders in September, 2007. Prior to joining Precision Builders, Rick was a Project Manager for Flintco, Inc. for 12 years. He has a Masters in Construction Science from the University of Oklahoma. Rick enjoys managing all aspects of the construction experience.
- Rodney Miller, Project Superintendent
Rodney has over twenty one years experience in residential and commercial construction. He has experience in all levels, beginning as a laborer and progressing through lead foreman to project superintendent. The ability to manage commercial projects from beginning to finish, including scheduling employees, sub-contractors and suppliers. His extensive experience in lay-out, foundations and concrete work are crucial. Rodney served as our project superintendent for the Southern Plaza project in Bethany, OK.

- Bill (Bo) Pettus - Project Superintendent
Bo has worked with Precision Builders since he was a child at the side of his father, who also worked for Precision Builders for many years. Now, Bo's son works along side of him. For the Pettus family, working together has been a family tradition.
- Allen (Al) Ernst - Project Superintendent
Al has returned to Precision Builders! He brings many years construction experience to Precision Builders.
As a Project Superintendent, Al has done several projects for us over the years.

Ken joined Precision Builders April 1, 2007.
- Marlene Hoyt, Office Manager
Marlene has been with the company since the beginning in 1984, first as the part time bookkeeper, then in 1994, began working in the office full time as the office manager. Her varied computer skills have been a great asset to our company. She has been instrumental in the "behind the scenes" daily operation of the business. Her many duties include not only all the bookkeeping and payroll, but also extend to all the preparation of subcontractor agreements, owner/contractor agreements, staff photographer, sign builder and webmaster, just to name a few.
- Rita Robertson, Office Assistant/Receptionist
Rita studied Business Administration at Murray State College in Tishomingo, OK and also accounting at Moore-Norman Vo-Tech. Her professional career has included various areas of office as well as retail, legal and personnel management. We added her skills to our office in November, 1999. Rita's friendly attitude and experience with people is a great asset in her position with Precision Builders.
Lisa is a 2004 graduate of the
University of Oklahoma with a degree in Business Management. She joins Precision
Builders as our new Property Manager. Lisa manages A+ Mini Storage, A+
Mini Storage #2, A+ Mini Storage #3, and Robinson Medical Plaza and has her own
management company, Management One, LLC.
