University, North Porter Center - 9,600 multi tenant retail-office building, 5,200 sq.ft. multi-tenant retail-office building on N. Porter, 9,200 sq.ft. multi-tenant commercial building on W. Precision Builders has completed six projects for entities related to us in Norman, Oklahoma.
The last project was completed in the fall of 1997, on time and under budget. We are very pleased with the quality of construction and feel that we were able to save quite a bit of money based on the experience of Mr. Moghadam in constructing this type of building.
We are currently working with Precision Builders on a proposed 7,200 square foot building here in Norman, The building permit has just been issued with a proposed fall 1999 construction date.

They came highly recommended to us through our architectural firm, TAP (The Architectural Partnership). They (Precision Builders) were chosen based on their qualifications and past work history. Construction commenced on July 17, 1998 and is currently progressing on schedule.
The staff at Precision Builders has been very professional in their business practices and we are pleased with the quality of construction on our project. We are pleased that Precision Builders brought some innovative ideas to our project that we feel will enhance the structural integrity of the project and should result in a cost savings to us.

This letter is to acknowledge that Precision Builders completed the construction of Southern Plaza Retirement Center for Southern Nazarene University. The workmanship was excellent and we are very pleased with the overall construction.
The project encompassed 117 apartments with approximately 116,000 square feet of construction. The complex opened in December of 1999.

I was the principal architect for this 120,000 square foot, 3 story steel and concrete independent living center project and worked closely with Mr. Moghadam over the course of the construction.

Simpson Housing Solutions, LLC would like to recommend Precision Builders located in Norman, Oklahoma. They assisted us in the construction of a new development containing 84 units. Due to time constraints, the project had a construction schedule of less than 6 months. Precision Builders mobilized with their staff and was able to complete the project on schedule. Due to their efforts and proficiency, the units were placed in service and the Tax Credits were preserved.

Projects: Various Norman Public School Renovation Projects

Precision Builders completed a group of renovation and reroofing projects during the summer of 1995 for the Norman Public Schools. The projects included an interior demolition of an 8,000 square foot existing classroom space, renovating the space to a business studies wing and computer teaching areas. Simultaneous work also included a canopy addition, two restroom renovations and a reroofing project at Norman High School.
