Renovation of an old Campus Corner store has created a new Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwich Shop, which opened May 1, 2003. Photos show the walk-in coolers and a lot of tile work. This project qualifies in two different categories. There was a new shop addition that was attached to an existing building that was formerly a restaurant.
