SASSAN K. MOGHADAM
Founder
Sassan K. Moghadam is a well-established general contractor, real estate developer and landlord. His career spans over three decades with proven performances of on-time and on-budget projects in the commercial construction industry. Sassan holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Oklahoma. While at OU, Sassan founded Sooner Homes, having great success as a young homebuilder. In 1984, Sassan founded Precision Builders, a very successful general contracting firm that is still thriving today. As his career continued to advance, he co-founded Aria Development, one of the most active real estate development firms in the metro. Sassan’s hands-on development and construction experience, coupled with his unique and diverse combination of engineering and design skills, quickly establishes the trust of his clients. He provides innovative, cost- effective, and reliable solutions for their individual construction needs. Sassan’s various business ventures include: Aria Development, Precision Builders, Windstone Construction and ownership of over 500,000 sq ft of commercial space.
Sassan has been a pillar of the community; engaged in the Norman Chamber of Commerce, the Norman Developer’s Council, BASCO, the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, the United Way, the Red Cross, etc. Sassan is a forever mentor to those that surround him, and, has been very blessed to work beside his daughter and business partner, Lisa Talley, owner of a successful real estate brokerage in Norman. In his free time, Sassan is very serious about safari hunting and big game conservation; traveling all over the world, making friends.
ERIC WILLIAMS
Executive Director
Eric Williams, DBIA, is a very experienced general contractor. Eric is an Oklahoma City native and a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a B.S. in Construction Science from the College of Architecture in 1985. Eric was active on OU campus serving as President of the OU Ruf/Neks. Eric worked for nationally ranked general contractor firms for the next 30 years with a major focus on federal and state government work, medical facilities, correctional, hospitality and sports venues. His diverse experience in project management, conceptual design estimating, constructability review, cost analysis, systems estimating and value engineering has proven to be essential to the success of construction projects across the country.
Eric has served on several boards and associations such as the Western Oklahoma Chairman of the Associated Builders and Contractors, Boy Scouts of America, Oklahoma City All Sports Association and currently serving as chairman of the University of Oklahoma Board of Visitors for the Construction Science Division. Eric recently received a national certification from the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA).
Eric is married to Tara Williams and has two lovely daughters, Savanna and Alexandra (Lexi), both attending OU. Eric & Tara have lived in the Norman area for 20 years and are members of Journey Church. As a youth, Eric was awarded the highest scouting honor of Eagle Scout and was inducted into the Order of the Arrow and even served as a Junior Assistant Scoutmaster for his troop.
KEN PYLE
Project Manager
Ken has an extensive background in field operations and project administration. Having over 25 years of experience as a carpenter, as Superintendent and Project Manager, he provides us with all aspects to successfully manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and safety. Ken’s ability to assess and develop solutions for just about any challenge makes him invaluable to Precision Builders.
RODNEY MILLER
Senior Superintendent
Rodney has over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. His extensive knowledge and attention to detail, in all areas of construction, gives our job sites an unsurpassed advantage. Rodney's ability to manage our projects is aided by his expertise in problem-solving, layout design, foundation and concrete construction, along with cabinet and trim carpentry.
Rodney is our longest tenured associate with over 18 years working with Precision Builders.
